Treatment for Problem Gambling
Due to the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), many self-help meetings are being cancelled and/or suspended. View the suspended meeting list HERE. We will continue to monitor and update meeting information as it becomes available.
The MA Council maintains a list of Private Practice Clinicians who have earned their Massachusetts Problem Gambling Specialist (MA PGS) Certificate and can identify and care for people whose lives are affected by a gambling disorder. Most of our PRIVATE PRACTICE CLINICIANS are still seeing clients via video platforms or over the phone. Please call or email the clinician directly to find out how to best connect with them.
Outpatient Treatment is available to anyone concerned about gambling; those who gamble, their families and/or significant others.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
The statewide VSE program allows individuals to voluntarily exclude from the gaming floor of all Massachusetts casinos for a pre-determined length of time: one year, three years, five years or a lifetime.
