JOB TITLE: GameSense Regional Manager
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FLSA STATUS: Exempt (1 FTE)

Main Function: The GameSense Regional Manager is responsible for managing the MCCG Responsible gaming program GameSense. The incumbent is responsible for supervise staff at three sites across the state including: overall recruitment, training, development of talent, and the performance management of all employees. The Regional Manager will ensure appropriate staffing at sites, management of inventory and property, and logistics and operations of the GameSense Information Centers. The responsibilities of a Regional Manager also includes report preparation, budget management, and fostering relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

This position manages up to 10 full time employees and five part time staff, GameSense Regional Manager reports to the Executive Director.

JOB TITLE: GameSense Advisors (GSA)
REPORTS TO: GameSense Regional Manager
FLSA STATUS:  Non-Exempt (1 FTE)

Main Function: The Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling (Council) is seeking individuals to provide prevention, information, education, support, and referral regarding responsible gaming and gambling disorder to players and staff at Plainridge Park Casino in Plainville, and MGM in Springfield and future opportunities at Encore in Everett, MA. These individuals, entitled GameSense Advisors (GSA), will interface with players, casino employees, and Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) employees and work onsite at the GameSense Information Center (GSIC). Most of this work will happen in person,but will occasionally also take place over the phone. All GSAs must be over age 21 and a background check will be required by MGC.

Main Function: The Outreach Trainer is a part-time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Director of Programs and Services. The Outreach Trainer is responsible for delivering organizational capacity building and resource development through the delivery of training, technical assistance, and program development and coordinates the organizations core services of training and technical assistance and community outreach. JOB TITLE:  Director of Programs and Services (Chief Program Officer)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FLSA STATUS:  Exempt

Main Function: The Director of Programs and Services is the employee to strategically develop, position, and oversee the Council’s programming, trainings, and services.  The Director of Programs and Services will supervise all activities on the spectrum of gaming to long-time recovery from a gambling disorder, and everything in between.  This individual will lead a staff responsible for the execution and evaluation of those activities. The Director of Programs and Services will be required to develop curricula and participate in training activities.  The Director of Programs and Services will report directly to the Executive Director (ED), and will be an integral member of the leadership staff. (1FTE)
